San Francisco, CA — July 15, 2025 — KunzPro, the team productivity platform that replaces fragmented workflows with intelligent, unified work management, today announced the close of a $3.7 million Seed Round led by Tantauco Ventures. The funding will accelerate product development, expand the engineering team, and fuel KunzPro's go-to-market expansion into mid-market enterprises.
The average knowledge worker today uses between 8 and 12 different software tools to do their job — and that fragmentation is killing productivity. Research shows that workers switch applications an average of 1,200 times per day, losing up to two hours each day to context switching alone. Beyond the individual cost, this fragmentation makes it nearly impossible for teams to maintain shared visibility into priorities, progress, and blockers.
KunzPro was built to solve this problem by consolidating task management, documentation, communication context, and workflow automation into a single platform with a coherent design philosophy: work should feel effortless, not effortful.
KunzPro's platform is built on three core pillars. First, intelligent prioritization: rather than presenting users with undifferentiated lists of tasks, the platform learns from patterns in how work gets done and surfaces the tasks most likely to have the highest impact on team goals. Second, seamless collaboration: the platform enables real-time co-editing, contextual commenting, and mention-driven notifications that keep teams aligned without requiring meetings. Third, no-code automation: a visual automation builder lets teams codify their processes and eliminate repetitive manual work without engineering resources.
Tantauco Ventures, a seed-stage fund with a portfolio spanning enterprise software and future-of-work platforms, led the round. "We've looked at dozens of productivity tools, and KunzPro stands out on two dimensions," said the partner leading the investment. "The product experience is genuinely differentiated — it's opinionated in a way that makes it dramatically more effective than the category leaders. And the team's track records at Asana, Notion, and Linear give us high confidence in their ability to execute."
KunzPro has grown to over 12,000 active teams since its public launch in early 2024. The company reports a net revenue retention rate of 118%, indicating that existing customers expand their usage over time. Customer reviews consistently highlight the platform's AI-powered task prioritization and workflow automation as the features that drive the most value.
The $3.7M Seed Round will be used primarily to accelerate product development, with a focus on expanding AI capabilities, building out the enterprise feature set (including SSO, advanced permissions, and audit logging), and improving the mobile experience. The company also plans to grow its customer success team to support the expanded customer base.
"We started KunzPro because we were frustrated by the productivity tools we had access to as operators," said Laura Del Castillo, CEO of KunzPro. "With this funding, we can build the platform we always wished existed — and get it in the hands of every team that deserves to work this way."
